Thank you for choosing South Coast Dental Specialties for your endodontic, oral surgery & periodontic needs In recognition that each person’s financial situation is different, we have worked hard to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care that you need and deserve. It is our sincere desire that you enjoy a healthy, beautiful, smile with respect to your individual budget. Good dental health is an excellent investment in an individual’s medical and psychological care.

Please remember you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Payment arrangements should be made prior to treatment. The Patient’s estimated portion or co-payment for treatment is due at the time of service.

PAYMENT PLANS OR OPTIONS:
Listed below are alternative payment options. Please bring your insurance information with you to the first consultation so that we may expedite reimbursement.

Credit and Debit Cards : For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express

Major Service-Two Payment Option:
For crowns, bridge work, dentures or any other treatment that will require two or more appointments to complete, we accept one-half of your copayment at the first appointment and the balance at the delivery appointment.

Patient Financing: Upon approval, we offer our patients an interest free term loan with no down payment, no annual fee or prepayment through the Care Credit or Citi Health Card programs. Please ask us for an application.

MISSED APPOINTMENTS: The dental appointment represents a shared responsibility for both the
Doctor and Patient. In order to provide quality dental care at an affordable cost, scheduled appointments must be kept. We strongly encourage all patients to make every effort to keep their appointments.

Should you need to change an appointment, we ask that you give the office 24 hours notice. There are often agreements between groups and insurance companies that call for a copayment for broken appointments.
